TapWatch Data Retention Policy Update March 27, 2023

What’s Happening

On May 1, 2023 our data retention policy for TapWatch will limit storage to a maximum of 90 days of data.

Why It’s Happening

This update to our data retention policy is necessary to maintain operational efficiency. As a reminder, Inovonics retains this data and makes it available through our TapWatch API at no additional charge to you or your customers.

New Functionality

Moving forward, users will not be able to request data beyond the last 90 days.

Doing Your Part

In order to keep your system compliant with the updated TapWatch data retention policy, your integration should be updated to limit data requests to the last 90 days.
