California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) are dedicated to the fire protection and stewardship of over 31 million acres of California’s privately-owned wildlands. Dodd-Frank Consumer Protection Act & Section 1502 Compliance
Addresses the international trade and use of Conflict Minerals. Conflict Minerals include columbite-tantalite, also known as coltan (from which tantalum is derived), cassiterite (tin), gold, wolframite (tungsten), or their derivatives determined by the Secretary of State to be a financing conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo, or any adjoining country. FCC Part 68
Governs the direct connection of terminal equipment to the public switched telephone network and to wireline carrier-owned facilities used to provide private line services.

Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Part 15
Regulates interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite, and cable. Part 15 specifically refers to radio frequency devices.

California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment: Proposition 65 Compliance
Proposition 65, officially known as the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, aims to protect Californians from significant exposure to chemicals known to the state to cause cancer, birth defects, or reproductive harm. California Proposition 65 obligates businesses operating in California to provide clear and reasonable warnings before knowingly and intentionally exposing Californians to chemicals that are listed in Proposition 65 List. Australia & New Zealand

Inovonics’ EN Products, when configured appropriately to designated country frequencies, comply with applicable ACMA technical standards for telecommunications, radio communications, and EMC for Australia and New Zealand. RCM Mark C-Tick
The RCM mark C-Tick mark indicates product compliance with the applicable standard for radio interference within the Australian and New Zealand markets and establishes a traceable link between the equipment and the manufacturer.
