TapWatch Application
The cloud-based TapWatch application is designed to collect consumption data from Inovonics submetering system connected to the cloud via the EN7580 TapWatch Gateway, in support of submetering providers’ utility billing operations.
The cloud-based TapWatch Application collects reads data and supervisory messages from Inovonics submetering systems and makes them available in two ways:
Submetering system installers and providers can also use the TapWatch Application to configure and troubleshoot a site. The TapWatch cloud solution replaces previous Windows based versions as of March 1, 2023. The updated EN7580 Gateway device replaces the previous RDL8500 as of March 1, 2023.
