The firmware update can be pushed out from our server at a pre-determined time and date that works best for the site where the gateway is deployed.

The update takes roughly 5 minutes to execute, and during that time any cloud-delivered data will not be available. An Inovonics representative can be available to support you during and immediately after the process to ensure a successful update.
