Mike Garavuso is the Director of Product Management focused on Inovonics security solutions. With 20+ years of experience in the security industry, Mike brings a wealth of product management knowledge from both his time in manufacturing security products and the system integration business. Prior to joining Inovonics, Mike has held product management roles at Ademco, Honeywell, Resideo Technologies, Tyco Integrated Security and ADT. Mike has more than 10 issued U.S. patents, and several more patents pending. Mike’s background is in electrical engineering, but he chose a career in product management to maintain direct contact with customers and continue to learn from them. One of his many interests is in consumer electronics and learning how these technologies can shape the future of the security industry. Mike has a passion for creating products and solutions that protect what matters most.

Garrett Hoffman is the Hardware Product Manager at Inovonics, focusing on the quality, performance and development of Inovonics hardware solutions. Garrett has held numerous roles at Inovonics, from guiding the mechanical engineering group to working with the operations team during the transition between contract manufacturers. In transitioning to leadership, Garrett hopes to be closer to our customers and instill confidence in the best-in-class hardware that backs our software solutions. He is passionate about reliability – both in the delivery of products to customers, and the transmission of live-preserving alarms.
Todd Stanley
Strategic Growth Platform Manager, Senior Living
Todd Stanley is the Strategic Growth Platform Manager responsible for the Inovonics senior living product line. Stanley brings a wealth of product management experience in diverse industries, including medical devices and consumer products. Before joining Inovonics, he was a senior product manager for artificial airway products at Covidien, and headed up important product lines for both Kraft Foods and ConAgra. He earned an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Michigan State University.
